My family has been using this facility for years. They are efficient and I never feel like I'm trying to be "sold" something.

We always come here cause they are quick, friendly and do a great job.

Recently, while traveling to Florida, we experienced issues with our car. The staff at East Ridge Fast Lube were beyond helpful. Considering that we were traveling out-of-owners this could have been a terrible experience. It was not! Randy, the service manager and his crew were wonderful. The problem with the vehicle turned out to be minor in terms of our journey but we were so impressed by the honesty and service we received. Even the other customers were helpful and sang the praises of this shop. We left with a wonderful opinion of the shop and the Chattanooga area. Thanks to Randy and his crew!

I can't praise this shop more highly... There aren't enough stars. Chris and Rodney have taken care of my Prius for years and have never taken advantage of me, even when I've pleaded with them to fix things they said were not broken. My boy has just got the keys to his first car and thy will absolutely be part of his car care future. Jim-your boy rocks!

LeBron is amazing. They got my car in and out pretty quick with as busy as they were. Very kind and understanding. They were the third place I went to and they were completely honest while others were charging me to replace the whole water pump , they found it was just a lose hose.... Recommend to anyone looking for honest reliable mechanics

I bought my 2003 Ford Focus brand new and no one has been allowed to service it but this place. I've never been disappointed with anything I've had done there. The car now has 127k and was really giving me fits with banging and clunking underneath and they stayed at it until they got it all fixed and even discounted some of the charges. That was today. They've always been so good to me and have never tried to cheat me "just because I'm a female". I've even had them tell me I didn't need something done when they could have made some money off of me. They are tops with me. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Always do the best, quickest, and least expensive work. They will figure out what needs to be done and if there is a problem with anything that they have done they will always make a quick and correct adjustment. Love this place!!!

Great experience and exceptional customer service, I mainly spoke to Chris and he always answered all my questions and was upfront on all the repairs I needed and very knowledgeable about car repair. Pricing wasn't bad either. I shopped around and they fixed my car cheaper than anyone around.
